FYI: It is very simple to reset the alarm system that Earnhardt Honda puts on the cars. I had to drive all the way out there today to get this done. All you have to do is start the engine, stop the engine, and press the button on the alarm three times. Now my car is not honking it’s horn at me all the time.

After spending $150 for oil change and the cabin filter replacement you’d think I would’ve got my free car wash I asked for in beginning. When I got my car it was not washed i saw guy wiping car behind me down with towel. Anyway David I think was guy who helped me inside was nice but just wish my car would’ve got washed I didn’t say anything once I got in car when I noticed cause I work overnight 8pm-6:30am and had appt at 7:15am and had to be at work at 1pm so I had to leave and didnt mention that car didn’t get washed. And also saying these comments will probably make someone mad and I always wonder they say they do the multi point inspections and do all the services they do but I’ve always wondered do they? Cause I never see the process how do we know that they just say they do all the things and don’t and let your car get worse till you need to buy a new car or spend more money. I’m very blunt so I will be honest but I was just annoyed about the car wash but it’s cool I will just go back to bell Honda I used to go there but started coming to surprise Honda

I thought the charge for the new tire was excessive considering the car only had 400 miles on it. Should have given me a reduced rate or repaired it. Certainly the labor should not have been charged
