I was really excited when you guys opened, “now we don’t have to drive out to Arrowhead for an oil change!” See my wife really wants to always take the car to a dealership for whatever reason and having one close by was a lot faster for us. Over the last week I have brought both of my cars in, and over the last week I was able to get my wife to stop taking our cars to a dealership. I am tired of being upsold things like I pulled into a McDonalds drive-thru. And truth-be-told at McDonalds they tell you when they are upselling. I don’t like this sales tactic enough that I am just going to never go to Surprise Honda again. Not for maintenance or a new car. I feel like a sucker every time I drive home, and that’s not a feeling you want from a car dealership
