My service writer was perfect. Unfortunately the service from the tech could be better. I was told to get my front & rear brakes done. So I went for a second opinion. The fronts needed attention but the rear sat at almost 70% good. Simple oil changes and recalls, I’m fine doing at Honda. But I’m grown skeptical of what I’m told about my car from now on.

I have just discovered today that the gear shifter in my car was broken while and then rigged up to make it look like nothing was wrong with it. This a brand new vehicle and was not this way when I took the car into the dealership on Saturday. My wife and 1.5 year old son were almost stranded in a grocery store parking lot today because of this. Today was the first time the car was driven after having it your shop. Contact my wife immediately at ****-****-xxxx and schedule to have this rectified. I am out of town for work and expect her to be taken care of.
