Robert **** is great, and I’ll always request him as my service rep for the life of the vehicle. I didn’t get my vehicle problem resolved, but that was not Robert ****’s fault. He did however say he would call me Monday morning as soon as he knew the next step to take.

I don’t know remember his name but absolutely hands down he was so good to me. I had to be to work at 8 and you guys didn’t open until 8. I needed to know if warranty cover a battery because I had a dead cell . So I jumped it and went in and called Honda from work. He understood I was so busy and he got me a tow and picked up my car and even called Me back later to make sure I had a ride to pick it up. He made sure my car would be available for me. Excellent customer service and patience with my busy job. Honda is excellence !

Got the two axles replace and a catalytic converter what the vehicle is still having shifting issues when driving it's like the transmission flutters and they said all I needed was the axles would like to bring the car in and have them just test drive it and look at it again to make sure
