The customer service from him was outstanding! He explained me everything very well at beginning and once I got the technicians suggestions. The only thing though, is that I asked him if military/veterans discount was offered. He said yes, but it did not reflect in my invoice. I didn't realize until I was home, so I lost out, maybe next time for aure.
