Excellent service. I was able to drop off my vehicle and get back to work in just 5 mins. Mike was a big help and made sure that I had the best service. Mike made me feel like a VERY low priority from the moment I first arrived until 3 hours later when the oil change was completed, I only got a text update from him after I went up to the counter to ask about my car after nearly 3 hours. When I approached him, he brushed me off saying he had 4 people in front of me. Anyway, I saw how the other service reps were with their customers and I quickly wished I had gotten one of them. I do love my new Honda CRV but so far underwhelmed with Service Dept.
