David does well every time I come in he gets me in and out especially since I come without an official appointment. I work 4 jobs, and travel a lot so I don’t exactly have time to set these things up even though I should. So I appreciate his great service every time I do stop in last second or out of the blue.

Moving from CA I made a costly mistake of having my car serviced at Earnhardt Honda. No doubt they have a big operation in Avondale but I really trust Dave **** and overall the team of people that work at Surprise Honda. Dave has been honest, professional and genuine in his manner with me. My 2097 Honda Pilot is adjusting to the AZ climate and environment. I am very satisfied with the recent work completed by Dave’s team and I don’t expect to see any oil leak and even if so I know they warranty the work. Thanks for washing my car Dave and filling air in my tires. When I did the night drop, a couple of the Clem up guys were very hospitable and helped me with the process. Thanks again Dave!

I had arrived for my 2:00pm scheduled oil change and I didn’t walk out of your location til about 3:40pm. This is an extremely long time for me to wait for my oil change especially since I had an appointment. I watch 2 other customers also there for oil changes walk in after me and walk out before me. I am normally very satisfied with your service however over the last 3 months or so this is the 2nd negative experience I’ve had at your location!!!!

I arrived at 8:25 for my 8:30 appointment. The service man asked me if I would be waiting there for my car and I said yes. I sat for over 2 hours waiting for my car, finally went back to the desk and he said oh your car is ready. Asked a guy to bring it around. He then informed me the tires were also rotated without asking if I wanted it done. Sent me to another guy to get my paperwork. Stood there for another 5 minutes while that guys was assisting another customer before Joe finally came and got my paperwork and took me to the cashier.
I never had unsatisfactory service like this when John was in the service department. I was a bit frustrated and very disappointed today with the customer service I received

We were informed my vehicle was almost ready (after taking an extra hour over the estimated time), but when my husband arrived, he was told he would have to wait and would be informed when it was ready. After waiting another hour, I informed him I had received a text 45 minutes prior, informing us it was ready. He then went up to ask..sure enough. It had been ready, and finally done after what was supposed to be a 45 minute job, somehow had turned into a FIVE HOUR job. What a waste of a day.

Anthony did a fantastic job and took care of everything very quickly. The only negative is that I noticed a greasy hand print on the driver side window post.
It should clean up fine.
