Mike is always easy to work with. I was a little upset because I had my original appointment to fix the recall on my car scheduled at least 2 weeks in advance only to find out when I got to Surprise Honda that the part for my car had not been ordered. Mike was able to get everything straightened out to where the part would arrive the next day and I was able to get the recall fixed.

I highly recommend the text messages for service needs, any communication with advisor regarding vehicle, multi-inspection review and prices is completely unnecessary. I was first sent a text if I had any questions or concerns to reply to the text message. Then I was quoted for $210. I approved through the text message. Then Levy(Advisor) called me to let me know the prices were incorrect. I asked for what the price was out the door, then Levy said he would add it all up and call me back. Three hours later I didn’t receive any phone call from Levy regarding the grand total, I only have my permission for $210. worth of work on my car. Well I got a hold of Levi almost 4hrs later. He apologized for going to lunch and taking test. But the grand total will be $800+ and my car is almost done. So I spoke to John the service Manager, since I never gave my final permission for all the service to be done, and my funds limited. Well John was also no help and left it for his service Advisor Levy to deal with. So now I am on payment plans for service I never gave my permission to. I will never return to this dealership for services and/or car purchases. It was my first and my LAST time at this dealership.

Scheduled to have oil change, tire rotation, and safety recall with fuel pump completed. Scheduled this service over two weeks ago and when I arrived today, I found that the replacement part was never ordered. I had to reschedule to have recall work done. Hard to believe that there is no control program in place to ensure all necessary parts are present for upcoming work. Major inconvenience to have to reschedule.
