Michael did his job perfectly. My problem was with the overall service itself. I had an appointment at 1:30. I arrived 45 minutes before that. However, I still had to wait for 2 hours and 20 minutes (after my appointment time of 1:30 pm) before they could complete a simple oil change and tire rotation on my car. That is not acceptable.

The whole visit was a **** show. Had appointment for 10am, for a oil change / tire rotation. 4 hours later, I was still waiting. I received a text message at 12:30, that the vehicle was almost done, and I paid online. Advised I would be notified when the vehicle was waiting. I never received any other communication. The 5 people sitting there in the service desks NEVER asked me about why I was w AZ iting so long. After 4 hours, one of them said you have been waiting a long time. Turns out one of the other service reps, had been sitting on my paperwork / keys for well over an hour. He stated he tried to call me, when he dialed the number he had in front of him, it came back as a disconnected number. He was sitting 25 feet from the waiting room. There were only 4 of us in the waiting room. This guy couldn't get up off his fat **** and walk 25 feet to the waiting room to ask for me. I will NEVER be back to thos dealership. I am bombarding social media about Surprise Honda. I researched the owner of the auto group about this horrible service and will be reaching out. Non of these service reps gave a **** about providing any kind of customer service, a total disgrace.
