I asked your service rep to only give me a reading of the obd on my car.. I did not want any other work done. I picked up my car the following day and he did not have done what I asked. This showed me that he is not truthful to customers. I was willing to pay the fee to get the readings I need to fix the car myself. These readings were not done and Nathan called his manager and the police. Is this what you do to new customers when you lie to them.

Alfredo and surprise Honda in general is a very reliable trustworthy honest and friendly place to do business. I was told by someone NOT at surprise Honda that my brake booster need to be replaced. thank goodness i decided to go to surprise Honda for a second opinion. Surprise Honda did a diagnosis on my car and said my brakes were fine and that all I needed was a battery. I purchased a battery from Surprise Honda 3 yrs ago in August with a 3-year warranty. So the whole visit at surprise Honda was free! Thank you so so much surprise Honda for being the honest people that you always have been and always will be :-) I appreciate you guys to the moon and back I will always come there with my car for service:-) it's especially important to me to be able to trust what people are telling me is right or wrong with my car and I 1000% trust surprise Honda and all of your employees thank you so much!
