Nathan made a mistake (he is human, after all) and handled it very well. He told me my car was ready…he thought it was…and when I picked it up, the AC still wasn’t blowing cold so I went back in to talk to Nathan. He found out the car had not been worked on, apologized profusely, and did everything he could to make things right for me. I was a bit inconvenienced (luckily I am retired and no pressing appointments) but Nathan was professional. We all make mistakes. Sometimes that is how we learn best. I was in the business world for many years and think Nathan did well with that transaction to make things right. I am pleased with the service I received.

I had a 10:00 appointment. When I checked in Dave told me there were several people ahead of me. I appreciated the heads up. However I waited til 2:00 to get my car back. I had a oil change and inspection done.
Not sure if they are unstaffed or doubled booked. But when you have an appointment It shouldn’t take that long to wait for this service. I moved here from Wisconsin and I always made an appointment and was out within 45-60 minutes for this type of service. Dave was great to deal with!
Also, this was my second time to the dealership since Saturday. My husband originally made an appointment online for 9:00am. When we got there, Leland started we had no appointment scheduled. What was the point of making it online!
