Even though I had an appointment, and was initially told my oil change would take about an hour and 20 minutes, it took 2 hrs.
This was NOT my service advisors fault at all.Not really sure where the 40 minute disconnect is?
I just don't understand why it took so long, and in all honesty, didnt really seem that busy.

I found one of the curling rivets laying in the floor garage I’m not sure where it goes. The hood latch hold is damaged it should be a safety issue
