Originally I had set up an appointment for Thursday at 2pm to have the vehicle looked at. I arrived 15 minutes early and was told, "Sorry you're going to have to come back another time, we don't have enough time in the day to get your car back and diagnose it." I've been driving my vehicle in the heat with no A/C. I'd like to let if be known that Alfredo was amazing and very helpful he was not the advisor I had spoken to on Thursday. I appreciated his honesty and explaining everything to me in detail and although I was unable to conduct the repairs I needed due to the ridiculously high labor costs. I thank Alfredo for how helpful he was. In the future I would highly recommend calling customers in order to notify them that they will need to reschedule prior to showing up to the service center for maintenance or repairs due to the company being busy.

Scheduled my 2019 accord for recall fuel pump replacement on Friday 830 a.m. 7-9-2021. I had to drop off car Thursday night do to work. I got a call Friday morning that they didn't have part in stock would have it Saturday. I agreed to leave the car but got a call in the afternoon saying no part and no timeline for part so I picked up my car.
