When I purchased my new Honda Civic it had a small chip on the hood. I was told that day that I would need to drop the car off overnight to have it fixed. I hadn’t heard from anyone so I reached out to Michael. We scheduled the appointment for Wednesday 7/14 because I would be off Wednesday and Thursday and thought that would work out great. At this point I had been told several times from different people that it would be done in one day. When I didn’t hear from anyone on Thursday, I called Friday morning. I spoke with Levi and he informed me that I was given wrong information and the car would take “3 to 4 days” but yet was telling me that it wouldn’t be ready until Monday or Tuesday, which was 5 to 6 days. I told him that was a huge inconvenience and he apologized and said he would let Michael know for future reference. He also mentioned that there were a few other chips on the hood that would be fixed, I had only seen the one. I received the call for pick up on Tuesday. When I picked it up at the after hours service desk I mentioned that everyone needed to be on the same page about this service because what I was told was not what occurred. 1 day turned into 1 week. He asked if I was offered a rental or anything and I replied that I wasn’t. He apologized and asked if I had submitted a survey yet. The car looks great, although there is a coating flaw on the windshield in my line of vision. Better quality control would lead to less hassle for your customers. This is the 3rd Honda my family has purchased. Overall good service.

Oil change took 4 hours. My car was returned with no grill on it and I was told I need to come back at a different date to get it replaced instead of it getting fixed on the spot!
