Whereas it was not a massive inconvenience, Levi made a rookie mistake that cost me personal time and my appointment had to be rescheduled. When Levi made the appointment with me he did good by verifying the needed part was in stock but he failed to reserve the part amd instead felt that the 3 in stock would not be used prior to the scheduled appointment. Basically Surprise Honda really dropped the ball. I figured maybe repairing my key ($35 part) would be a generous way Surprise Honda could make up for my lost personal time and show they provide excellent customer service and not simply service. Levi asked his manager who said no. The reason stated was that the appointment was able to be rescheduled within 24 hours. That answer showed me Surprise Honda does not care about their error and that it cost me, driving included, about an hour and a half of my time. Levi blaming everything but himself showed he didn't care about customer service amd unfortunately that is what I saw in Surprise Honda, an employee who screws up, costs a customer personal time and replies with, "its OK because we rescheduled within 24 hours." My wife and I are looking for a new car to replace her aging CRV. Your buissness is off my list of places to look for a new car amd Arrowhead Honda lost my buisness through crappy service a few years back. Perhaps it's a Honda trend in customer service. Take this how you want, but please never contact me again. I do not want nor need more time wasted.
