Had an appointment @ 9:00 a.m. was told the process would take an hour and 1/2 . I finally got my car at 2:30. I had to call 2x to check on the status only to be told @ 1:30 p.m. it still had not been taken back to service. Why make an early appointment? Had to rearrange my whole day because was not expecting it to take so long.
