I am very Happy with Alfredos' knowledge and patience in response to my concerns regarding costly repairs to my 2017 Honda HRV. It has less than 20k miles and has a leaking ac compressor and discharge line which may cost approximately 2k to fix. He's great the car not so great. I am 73 yrs old and thought Honda had a been repair record.

Leland was great to work with, starting with the initial phone call where he was so helpful and so kind. When I arrived to the dealership he came right out and said he would get the car and they would take a look at it and he would let me know what was going on. When they determined what was to be fixed on the car Leland came right over to me and let me know what it was and what the cost would be. I was very impressed with his professionalism and he also has a great personality. Surprise Honda is going to be my new place for my automobile in the future. I was impressed with everything overall including how clean everything was.
