Levi was exemplary with his Customer Service skills. He should be rewarded for that. I’ve been a Customer Service Manager and trainer for over 40 years. I have extremely high standards. A problem happened with my car when it was there and it had to be kept there for longer than expected as a result. Levi handled it so well, I was able to get over any inconvenience I was feeling very easily. That kind of skill set is hard to come by!
