No, please do not reach out to me. One hour and 45 minutes is too long to expect customers to wait for an oil change. I had an appointment. A woman who came in after me, vehicle was done before mine. Washing the car does not justify an hour, 45 minutes wait.

I bought my vehicle a year ago this month. Each time I show up for service I have to go inside for my “scheduled service writer.” I drive for my career and am there often, weather it’s oil changes or battery. This weekend, I booked an appointment with Alfredo. I walked in to an empty desk, other service writers, not only looking at me walk in but no acknowledgement. One guy brushed me twice rudely saying excuse me.. come on! I’m in service industry and absolutely know that is unacceptable. I am and always have been a Chevy girl but was so disappointed in Sands Surprise I ventured out. I love my car, but if you want my business when my warranty is up, things need to change.
