My issue is not with Nathan … my issue is with the tech who said my car was ready for pick up. After paying, I went out and started my car. I drove less than a mile and three warning lights started flashing on my dash board before becoming stationary. I had to return to the dealership to have the matter checked out and resolved. I feel that someone should have taken the necessary steps after servicing my vehicle to ensure that it was in fact “customer ready” before I left the dealership. Nathan handled the issue promptly and professionally, but in reality there shouldn’t have been any warning light issues to resolve.
I am a loyal customer and don’t want to worry about unnecessary issues occurring when I bring my car back for service/repairs in the future.

Like many people, I dread visits to have my car worked on, but Michael made it a totally pleasant experience today!!! I will not hesitate to call him in the future to get more work done on it! At 8:00 this morning when I got there, he was really friendly and helpful, put me at ease immediately, got work done on the car for me today, and went over suggestions for work in the future. It was a totally wonderful experience, and the repairs he suggested are to be expected and I actually look forward to coming back to get them done at your dealership where I feel like I have a friend to work with!
