did not perform services I paid for so will not be returning.
Was not good on phone. Should have gone above and beyond to fix but wanted me to drive back and wait while they do what they already should have done and I paid for.
Correct thing to do would be to have come get my car, credit me back, throw in my next service.
Then internally do what you have to do to fix a broken system and deliver good service.
