I am very disappointed with the uncaring attitude of your service rep about the concern we had about our drivers side visor that will not close up to the inside rooftop of my car. It sits right in my sight line and makes driving difficult. Even though we purchased the 120,000 mile coverage all he could say is I can give you a price to fix it.
When we came to pick my car he walked right by us without even acknowledging my husband and I.
Car was not washed either.
