Had appointment for 8:00. Service completed 2.5 hours later. Never heard from Nathan after 90 minutes so had to go up and ask status. Response was short on staff. I should have been informed during check in service may be delayed. I was never consulted during service. I should have been consulted on status. Previously I had been consulted by a previous Service Provider for updates. Very disappointed in my expectation of superior service. With rotation of tires, the calibration did not occur and I got a low tire warning light. I called Nathan and received less than expected response. Horrible experience and I should not have been charged for the service. I may look for a different Honda dealer for service.

I had an appointment at 230 pm. I arrived at 2:15 pm. At 3:45 pm I was told by the manager that my vehicle had never been taken into the shop. He stated "a disconnect " and said if I brought my car back on another day I wouldn't be charged for windershield wiper blades, a value of $34 dollars. I took 3 hrs off work and spent nearly two hours at your dealership, without getting my xar serviced. Ziffy Lube has better customer service
