The first tech told me the display had to be malfunctioning when I brought it in. I left and a few days later decided to do my own internet search. Sure enough I found a service bulletin 19-067. I called and spoke to David who rescheduled me. The display started acting up again that Wednesday so I drove straight to the dealership and showed the tech. Decided to leave it two days early he informed me that he would be out the next day. It dawned on me when I got home so I called back the next day and asked if my car was being worked on even though he was out. It wasn't but David got it in. Customer service everywhere has gone down the tubes including here. I felt like this was deliberate because my car was about to be out of warranty and they could have charged me for this fix. I also don't understand why a software update is not automatic.
