BEING MY FIRST TIME AT GERMAN HONDA ANDRE WAS OUTSTANDING IN THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT, FROM THE BEGINNING HE WAS HELPFUL AND I DIDNT HAVE TO WAIT LONG FOR THE OILCHANGE SERVICE OF ACURA, WHEN MY CAR WAS READY HE GAVE ME A PRINTOUT OF THE MULTI POINT INSPECTION WITH REASONABLE PRICES, AND I DIDNT FEEL PRESURED INTO GETTING FURTHER WORK DONE WHICH IS IMPORTANT OR I DIDNT FEEL UNREASONABLE OR UNNECESSARY WORK WAS RECOMMENDED AS I HAVE FELT IN OTHER CAR DEALERSHIPS,Andre did a good job of explaining everything, I PLAN ON COMING Back in the future and hope to work with Andre again , keep up the good work and ty your prices are reasonable maybe buy a Honda in the future, any electric cars in the plans for sale coming up?

Scheduled an 8:30 appt for an oil change and tire rotation. Arrived at 8:20 and my car keys were taken for service right away. Waited over an hour before going to inquire on status. After some inquiries, I was finally cashed out and left. Happy with work performed, but not with wait time for such a basic service with a scheduled appointment time.

I had an appt for an old change at 10 am. I got there at about 945. My husband was a mechanic and I know it does not take more than an hour and a half to do that. Then they came out and told me my battery was bad with no codes on my van. Then they said the belt needed to be changed. When we got home and looked at it it was fine. I do not like to be chosen as your pay day. We will be doing ourxown oil changes from now on.

The service was great but to wait 2 hours and 20 minutes for an oil change and tire rotation WITH an appointment is NOT good service in my eyes. We use a Honda dealer in WI all the time and we would have been in and out in less than an hour. We have 3 Honda vehicles and are taking them into Honda dealers often for routine service.

I had an 11:30 appointment for an oil change on a special which included a few extra items. I was told by your service guy Mike that the service dept was quite busy and I would have to wait 2hrs. After more than 3 hrs my car was ready. Waiting more than 3hrs for an oil change I was upset. I had no real service items so I don’t see why it took so long. I’ll think more before I use your service a again.
