I was told changing the rim would take 1 hour. After 1-1/2 hours I asked about my car. Apparently, the “claw” had punctured my tire and while it was replaced (who knows how good the new one was?), the warranty on my tire was voided. I hope this new tire will last! It took over 2 hours from start to finish. I did not have time for an exterior car wash, but the grease pencil markings on the windshield were not even removed. On a positive note, Alfredo Bustamante was very pleasant.
