Did not offer any reason that brake pedal in my CRV sometimes cannot be pushed hard enough to start the engine. Just said some cars do this. While I waiting for my car to get serviced, another man came in with a new pilot with the same issue. I don’t know what he was told. I am shopping already to replace my 5 month old CRV for a different brand . My CRV gets fantastic fuel mileage, that’s about it.

Alfredo was always helpful. He showed great concern for our satisfaction as this was a difficult fix. My hopes are that it is fixed but I’d not, o don’t believe it has anything to do with Alfredo or his customer service.

No need to contact me. Your representative didn't follow thru with our discussion prior to the service. This was simply to quote a price for a new gas cap. Pretty simple but over looked. Her tried multiple times to sell a $150 diagnosis rather than discuss potential issues with suspension that were noted on a prior Honda inspection from July. All in all it was a lack luster visit. It doesn't seem that your representative is well versed in the actual mechanics of the vehicles that are being serviced. Nice guy but didn't leave one feeling confident about the service rendered. Felt like I could trust Alfredo with what he was telling me what was needed done with the car and what could wait. I told him that I almost did not come back for service I did not feel good about how shop was run by previous owner in my opinion very pushy so being a snowbird I have always tried to have my work done at my dealership back home But I do believe that Alfredo help durn the corner and made me feel comfortable. Not Michaels fault, but the technician who worked on my vehicle failed to properly tighten the drain plug on the oil pan. Causing me to have to return my vehicle to have it corrected by a shop foreman. If I had not noticed it a couple hours later I hate to think what may have happened. It caused more lost time in my day to have to return. I would hope the importance of this has been discussed with the service tech.

I was told my certified car that i bought only 3 months ago needed a transmission fluid change, so i called the dealership that i bought it from and they said it had been changed so i let Steve know. He then found record of it being done so I’m not sure why i was being sold something i didn’t need.
