The service we received from Alfredo Meji was very courteous, professional. We had our car detailed and we were not 100 % satisfied. According to the tire pressure on the inside of the door should be 35 and it was 34. Should the technician have increased to 35 and the inside front window had a film on it. It looks like the window was not cleaned properly. I wonder if the tire pressure of the spare was checked because it should have been 60. The mileage when we brought it for the service read 221 miles on the paper work it showed 25 miles.

My fuel system was cleaned. No one told me that it would take at least 24 hours for the system to acclimate itself to the cleaning. I found this out when I contacted service at Hardin proximately an hour after I left the dealership. The reason I mention this is that the RPMs hover around 950 to 1000. It should be around 650. I found this out after talking with somebody at Hardin. This morning while leaving Toastmasters and driving down Chapman Avenue towards the Orange Circle, I did not really need to hit the Excelerator. The RPMs were sufficient to keep the vehicles going at 20 miles an hour. This shouldn’t be the case. Now the person I spoke with at Harden said all of this should pass within 24 hours. I have been been a loyal Hardin Service Customer since I purchased my 2012 Honda CRV. I’ve never experienced any difficulties after service. Hence, my dissatisfaction with my recent visit.
