Alfredo was amazing. I had just had a car accident earlier in the morning and he asked me how I was feeling he asked me where on my car got hit and he made his best efforts to have my service done quickly so I can get out of there and do what I needed to do for the day. He was friendly and personable and provided me great information on what my Car needed. I always appreciate the service I received at Hardin Honda. It is why I drive there instead of a closer Honda dealership near my home.

This is the second day in a row that I was at Hardin. Yesterday while I was having a minor tune up, mechanic located a leak in my power steering pump. Hardin had to order the part for today. Mr. Ayala phoned me when the pump came in this morning. How refreshing! He was every bit as helpful today, as he was yesterday. He lined up a ride for me to take home, and phoned me when my car was ready and asked if I needed a ride back to Hardin. Mr. Ayala takes his job very seriously, he is very professional. You have a winner here!
