Service advisor had really poor customer service skills. He tried to give me several excuses to why my car wasn’t eligible for service with my sentinel service plan. I have had Honda’s for over 10 years and had Sentinel for at least half that. I have never ever had someone blatantly try to refuse me service. Completely unprofessional. When he finally realized I wasn’t going to just take his word for it he conceded he could all of a sudden do it. Wow.
