The issue was not with the technician who worked on my car. The issue was that the Hardin website allowed me to make an appointment on the website, however when I went in for my appointment I was told appointments are not possible through the website for the “minder B” maintenance. Which was very frustrating because my appointment was before work at 8:30am, so being told my appointment will not be honored really “shook up” my whole day. Definitely didn’t enjoy my experience.
