This visit is a result of a missed diagnosis the first time it was given to Hardin Honda and despite my repeat questioning (which turned out to be accurate and missed by Hardin Honda). I think the real problem is that the situation was not explained to the service manager or a customer service manager who could have offered an adjustment instead of a quote at full price.
