Have been a customer of Hardin Honda for 30 years. I love the Express Service that Hardin offers. My time is very limited as I work in Los Angeles. As a result, scheduling service is difficult to fit into my day. I like the ability to just drive in and get the service done. Service was quick and efficient. Thanks for the free car wash too. When I got my vehicle back same one of the complaints were not fixed. When I opened the hood of my car to see what they had replaced which was stated on my paperwork I came to find broken pieces of plastic laying on top of the engine, a/c hose loosely floating around and caps to the service ports on top of the cowel. The technician did not take the time or effort to make sure everything was secured again.
