Wrong paper works given and the cashier can’t print a refund receipt so I just took a screen shot. How could a Honda service can’t print a refund receipt?

We’re not happy with the services. The outside exterior of the car both side with scratches and personal side front too. Not repaired and the car interior and exterior are dirty. Today we have cars cleaner to come to clean up the car at home.
