They mentioned that I needed a new filter & although I declined, Kari was not pushy at all.
I asked her about car seat covers & detailing my car and she answered my questions very well.
Very professional and although I was told it would take about 1 hour to get my oil change it took a LOT less, I know they give a longer time frame but I was in and out fast!

I am satisfied, but not completely satisfied. The AC works now (I came in for AC not working) but it's still not blowing very cool. Maybe it requires some time for the new ac parts to set in, I am not sure. I'll give it time.

I’m ok with the job they did and people are polite. Just wanna make a comment about something:
I also ask to check my car for aceleración fluctuations but the worker told me that it canot be done because there was not engine light on but as far as I know the car computer save all the history when you do freeze frame check with a computer. Also I thought they gonna drive my car to see what’s happening. But they didn’t. I ask if posible a tech can drive my car and they said probably in the next visit.
