I was very pleased with the service writer and with the final result of the service. However, the mechanic who did the oil change on my 2019 Accord Hybrid did not cause the engine to kick on during testing, so I got a brief low oil pressure message when the engine started, which worried me. Additionally, the mechanic did not make sure that the software got updated over the dealership’s Wi-Fi. Fortunately, upon returning to the dealership, the service writer got those issues very quickly resolved so I could get back on the road.
