Arrived at 8:45 a.m., was told that the car would be ready at 11 a.m. Waited until about 1 p.m., finally was tired of waiting so I went to ask about my car. It was ready all of a sudden, seemed like it had BEEN ready for awhile. The workers should be checking and communicating w/ customers so that soemone like myself doesn't have to wait extra time.
