Niall was very nice and answered all of my questions when I was dripping off my car and on the phone. The problem is that I was not happy that I had to call to get updates, not just this visit but the past two times I had my car there in September. The second visit, my car was there for an entire week, and I had to call every day to find out what was going on. This time I found myself very frustrated once again when I called and found out that there was information that hadn't been conveyed to me. I don't know how long I would have had to wait to hear something and that is concerning.
