I keep requesting same diagnoses but service team can't solve the problem. When I driving back to home it was same problem even honda want to driving without eco mode. I'm very disappointed... no more honda

Original reason for visit was, ac diagnosis, oil dialution test, and car wanting to go when coming to a complete stop. Advisor Juan has no knowledge of his field of employment so I only signed for a ac leak diagnosis. Called to pick up vehicle 6 hrs later and charged $145. As I left I notice my ac blowing hot and only hot when I arrived it was blowing cold. I called back and asked Juan what was done during service in whitch he replied “ come back so I can refund you” when I arrived and got my refund he couldn’t explain what was done to my vehicle. Asked to speak to the manager and 10 min later another employee stepped out to speak with me and answer my questions be he did not just chose to lie to me. Dye was supposed to be added to my ac system after a full vacuum and fill to determine the leaks. All my front was vacuumed and just left like that. EMPTY!!!!. So the asked to see my work order copy threw it away since I had been charged $145 and threw My receipted and was given new work order witch states I was not charged so I demanded my original receipt back. I asked why was the ac no recharged during the test in witch he replied “ that is illegal” “and you only paid $145 not the $195. I told him that by discharging all my Freon he was forcing me to replace my evaporator right then and there and I would have to drive my baby in an extremely hot car with no ac. I told him they have to replace at least what was recovered from my ac since now it was clear that my ac system was never tested and no notes or comments where made just “ replace evaporator and recharge!!!! I see dye was dropped all over the high pressure charge cap but ac system was never charged so how would dye leak, tech got paid to spill dye on my car and drain my ac system so I’d be forced to get the $1200 repair done and that’s not including if for some reason my compressor is leaking since they would not know until repairs are preformed. That is was the manager told me. The was an unbelievable visit and definitely my last. I thought this location was honest but nope. Thieves!!!

David provided great service! Right when I pulled up to the service express lane, he greeted me. I came in for an oil change and was told it would take about an hour. This was not a problem. David updated me a couple times, while I was waiting, which I appreciated! I just started coming to Hardin Honda, but if I ever need service done, I will be sure to ask for David!
