Service was good as usual. My only complaint is that when I reply to the text I’m almost certain it never goes through.I usually reply to the text sent to me. It’s possible it goes through the website or email. But I wish I could live reply from the text sent to me. Every visit this never works. Regardless of who’s helping me that day. I believe this needs to be tested and it’s a technical service protocol design flaw that probably happens daily several times but I’m the only one addressing this to you. Thanks Alex H

Juan was terrific and went the extra mile to provide excellent customer service. I will ask for him when I need service. There was another service representative who basically blew me off when I brought my car in last Thursday, telling me to come back if I still have a problem. He could have tested my battery then and replaced it instead of my being stranded again and having to return 2 days later.
