I was very disappointed in the service given by Hardin Honda. My car had a defect in the recalled part that was replaced last month. Because of the defect, my car stated I had a full tank of gas when I was completely out of gas. My car was kept for 5 days! When I picked up my car, there was barely enough gas to get me to the gas station. The car was not washed as a courtesy. And the worst part was, no one ever apologized for the situation I was put in due to a faulty part installed by Hardin Honda. I used my AAA services to get my car to Honda as nothing was ever mentioned about road side assistance. I am very disappointed in this experience. My car was towed and the part needed to tow my car was never replaced back in my trunk. Again, very disappointed in this experience.

Alfredo was most welcoming and accommodating, and my vehicle was ready in exactly the time quoted. My one issue was that even though most everyone was wearing a mask around the office, the two gentlemen who actually entered my vehicle to drive it in and out of the service bay, were not wearing masks or gloves. During this time of pandemic, I was most concerned that the people that were inside my car, were the ones not properly following guidelines.
