I was bothered because service wasn’t done. I waited for 2 hours so they could tell me no we cannot make an oil change on your car. The guy that attended me told me oh I didn’t call you because you were busy with a sale person. Like what did it matter if I was over there he should’ve still told me they couldn’t do any service. Also free car wash and no I didn’t get one.
