My service advisor Caesar didn't explain or address my vehicle questions or the multi vehicle inspection boxes that indicated immediate action required instead of having a conversation & describing the issue his automatic response is it's $145.00 to diagnose. I'm very disappointed in the poor customer service provided as my 1st experience with Honda's customer care service & as a result I lost trust Honda has my best interest in mind.
