After addressing my concern with my vehicle AC, Kari failed to return my call nor called me to follow up with my concern. When I picked up my vehicle Kari was gone for the day and didnt leave any notes regarding what I addressed. Unsatisfactory and unhappy customer. I feel she just blew me off and didnt provide the customer service hardin honda shouldve given. Other than that, oil change n tire rotation was accomplished. Big inconvenience to leave my car overnight and struggle with finding a ride. Basic oil change could've been done on my weekend off.

1st the servive attendant gave me miss information and tried to blow smoke up my rear end. After explaining to her my knowledge of motors, computers and automotive chips she than proceeded to make up a story. When I went to pick up my car I specifically ask for a complete and accurate deailed account of the causes of this 6 month old car showing the check engine warning light and other warning notification lights was giving a watered down and inaccurate discretion of my concerns. It is very insulting when someone assumes that they can get away with disinformation and then to put it on paper withholding information that may result in Honda having to make good on a serious issue. I will not be bringing this car back to this dealer maintinance and or service in the future and further more I plan to take the car to an indapent mechanic to becompletly checked out on what is actually wrong with this car. This is a lease car which I intended to keep at the end of the lease. However this incident changes my mind as I don't want to by a car that will give me engine problems down the road. I believe this car has some serious engine problems. We will see. I talked to a service customer service agent who lnformedme that Hardin Honda did not have a facility manager and refused to give me any information on a manager or senior management person that I could speak with. RIGHT I intend to provide my view points on Yelp and continue to find a Honda representative that can satisfactorily provide an explanation and insurance that this vehicle is not a limon
