While the agent was charming, capable, very helpful and resolved an issue with the auto’s Bluetooth, the agent was remiss in telling the owner the key fob had insufficient battery life, and soon after the owner took possession of the auto the car’s alert showed low tire pressure and the agent did not inform the owner of recall status. However the agent knew the owner was waiting for the car to be finished and I can only surmise the agent was trying to finish the car as fast as humanly possible. But I have no idea what the recall is for.
