Office experience was great , service not so much in regards to work done on car , my battery was check and was given a passing , Disney not receive the receipt for battery check and today 9/25 my battery was dead , all of my interior light were off head lights turned off and it just died , also I movie there was build up on the battery connected and a strange clicking sound when I reverse

Alfredo addressed all the problems that had arisen from a prior visit and the ensuing calls regarding that visit. I was frustrated at the original response and to have had to go back a week after maintenance/service to fix something that should have already been fixed, but Alfredo helped me so cheerfully and arranged everything so satisfactorily that I can't help but be left with a good impression instead of the irritation I had been feeling. Hello team, Today I brought my car in per usual for my oil change. I take my car here to Hardin Honda specifically because I am utilizing my “every other oil change free”. Typically I am asked if I want to address any repairs and my paperwork reflects what was corrected. I’m curious why this time I have the engine air filter checked as immediate attention, however this time I wasn’t asked. Now I have to return? Secondly, I asked not to wash the car as I had it waxed a day prior. My car now has scratches and streaks. I hate to complain but it’s infuriating that my request can’t be honored. I appreciate that Hardin Honda offers a complimentary car wash but I specifically asked for no wash for a reason. I am considering not returning for this minor reason.
