Always good pleasant experience on the left side driveway of service. Darin and Chris are always helpful (this experience wasn’t the best in terms of ETA; but efforts are always applauded). Stay safe and blessed. FYI - not relating to service but rather sales; seems you internet department isn’t as aggressive. I’ve assisted people purchase vehicles here and there; and the “we’ll beat your best quote, doesn’t work for everyone.” In fact, reminds me how I got hit for an additional point or two on my purchase. But, due to those negatives, not sure if I will remain servicing my vehicle at Hardin. Sometimes the $40 bucks of every other pile change isn’t worth the price of admission (if you catch my drift). Will wish you the best and peace.

Appointment was taken ahead of time to ensure oil change, tire rotation. & ALL THE RECALLS on the car would be taken care of. Car was dropped off at 9:30am and picked at 5:00pm, and in that time then ONLY service that they managed to complete were oil change and tire rotation.
I’m given a courtesy call to tell me (basically being lied to) that yes, the car is in shop and MOST of the work is completed. Then tells me that I will get call at 5pm to pick up the car, doesn’t even tell me that they close at 5. Had I not shown Up ahead of time, I would have been given the run around And left to figure out how to pick up my car.
Up on dropping the car I was ensured that the parts that do not have will be delivered from another side to complete the recalls. I had to take a day off of work, since I was without a car ALL day! Now, I have to be inconvenienced AGAIN to have to take my car in to complete ALL the recalls. I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on and leaving this review on public review sites with proof!!
