It takes a lot of time to clear the car for me after mechanic finished the service on my car. It took me more than an hour to get my car after I saw the mechanic drove away my car. It took 20 minutes to get the car after I got the paperwork from the cashier. It seems customer service group are not mindful of customer waiting hours.
