I had originally gone to Jiffy lube to get an oil change and they were going to
Replace valve cover gasket for $198.00, but they didn’t have the parts. They told me to go to the dealership.
Honda charged me $254.14. That’s quite a bit of difference.
I was very disappointed.
Also, I was told by Alfredo that it would take about 2 hours to complete the work. It took 3 hours and I had an appointment that I needed to be at. I understand sometimes it takes longer.
But he never expressed that he was sorry that it went over the expected time by an hour. That is not quality customer service to me.
