was excellent but was disappointed to see that the service did not include the washing of your vehicle. Most Honda places due include a car wash with an oil change

This is my first worse experience ever with you guys.
Fist I got in and didn’t got a good welcome.
The only reason I decided to go there is because my wife previous experience buying her first car there.
I’m a Metro Honda customer.
Let me tell you I bought a 50,000 dollar car from you thinking that I was in good hands.
The car has many little details but due to the COVID-19 and they was the only black expedition you guys had available at that time.
That’s not really a big deal but now here comes the part getting to service the car for the first time.
Didn’t felt welcome, I left the car nothing was offered by you guys... walked away and they just told me they will call me.
Cool.
Call me back and picked up the car and no one explained me what they did to the car they hurst gave me the papers and lithely kick me out of there.
Got to my car and the car was dirty as hell, no paper mats on the car and me and my wife were like what ?
The car is duty ?!!
Again horrible service and let me tell you you will never seen me and any of my family there again.
Thanks for nothing.

2016. Honda Civic not satisfied with the service, first we received a notice for recall on the condenser unit and yet your service department didn’t bathers to fixed the problem we took it for service. We took the car 6 months ago. Nothing has happened till now a/c is not cooling. Should I need to failed Lemon law.

I received the recall letter about the tire and in the letter inspection time will be 15 min. And if they need to replace the tire it will take 1hour 30 min. And I waited 2hours and they said your tire is okay and don't need to change. They should of told me that it will take 2hours to inspect.
